Start day: 09/06/11 Start weight: 25 pounds (height=5'5) Current weight: n/a I'm aiming to eat no more than 1, 370kcal per day. Days without a cigarette(2) Days over my calorie intake(0) This is a "diary" so to speak, somewhere where i can hopefully empty out my thoughts and record my progress. My goal is to loose weight and generally be more happy. I'm not a fantastic writer, i tend to just ramble on and type too much in a small space of time and when i read it back it doesn't make any sense and isn't exactly what i wanted to say but i'm going to try my best.
